This is no surprise that Apple is ranked number one as the the world's most influential brand. Especially because Apple is also a top rated stock. Even during hard economic times apple is still prospering because they have their own product line in software and computers so customer loyalty stays strong. Their Mac computers and ipods are very popular items for every age group. Same with Coca Cola. You had told us earlier this week how Coca Cola is a conglomerate and owns several different products. The Coca-Cola Company markets its beverages under the Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Fanta, and Sprite brand names. One of my favorites, Starbucks Coffee is a chain with more than 8,000 stores.
For some reason, the picture above does not match up with the list on the link of the Best Global Brands List. According to the list, Coca-Cola is the number one most valuable brand. On the other hand, the picture above depicts that Apple is on top. Coca-cola is an ever-expanding company with their "brand proliferation" techniques that make it so superior. Their power over all other soft drink products is insurmountable. I love how the major soft drink company beats out the very technological companies such as IMB, Microsoft, and Apple. Nevertheless, these computer soft wear companies will have endless possibilities of new products for their customers. Better, faster, and more efficient computers are soon to come. But what does Coca-cola have in mind? A Zero-Diet-Cherry-Vanilla-Popcorn flavored soft drink?
